Stress Reliever: EATING
I love eating. All of us experience stress time to time. There are some mood enhancing foods that you can gorge on for some natural stress relief. Dairy products and foods that are rich in essential fatty acids help to elevate the mood of an individual and act as a stress reliever. Eating is one of my stress reliever. I’m not a body conscious, for as long as it satisfies me. I eat when I’m happy and I eat a lot when I’m lonely. Eating with friends is more enjoyable rather than eating alone. Sharing simple foods makes it special. My friends and I usually spend time to go out and eat. It is one of the bonding activity that w usually do.
