Sweets and Desserts is definitely something that many people love. After we eat heavy meals, we always look for something sweets. Everyday, I’m craving for sweets specially chocolates. I feel happy when I eat chocolate even though that chocolate contains a high amount of stearic acid, a saturated fat. Too much eating of chocolates increase the risk of coronary heart disease. But it is hard for me to avoid eating chocolate especially when I’m sad. Chocolate cure emotional stress. And it makes my day complete!!
